The CDHD2's comprehensive feature set enables the construction of more accurate and efficient machines. The adaptive, non-linear HD-CONTROL control algorithm is designed to optimise servo performance in high-precision rotary and linear motion applications. Several integrated filter mechanisms optimise position and velocity control.
The current control loop achieves an industry-leading frequency response of 3-5 kHz. Advanced auto-tuning reduces tracking error and settling time to near zero, and an innovative anti-vibration algorithm eliminates mechanical resonances. CDHD2 supports virtually any rotary and linear motor, feedback type and E / A requirement. It offers seamless commissioning via ServoStudio software or direct terminal access.
