Linear/Rotary Actuators LCR

The linear/rotary actuators combine linear and rotary movement in one unit and are predestined for pick & place and alignment tasks due to the precise Z-theta movement in one actuator. All models also feature a vacuum passage in the piston rod. 

The effortless programming of the Z-Theta actuators allow simultaneous control of force/torque, position and speed in all axes, including feedback.
The patented "Softland" can gently land the actuator on sensitive components with a controlled force, preventing damage.
