Ball Guided Rail System BGS

Depending on the static and dynamic requirements as well as requirements of the transverse forces, one can choose from three sizes.

The BGS linear unit consists of a stepper motor, precision-rolled threaded spindle made of stainless steel, which is additionally coated with Teflon, a precision nut and a recirculating ball bearing guide. The result is a torsionally stiff and smooth-running system for linear movements.

Optionally, an integrated and programmable control can be adapted/added.

• Also available in backlash-reversing version
• Stepper motor with a step angle of 1.8° or 0.9
• Stepper motor with integrated electronics or with encoder
• Available with 2 slides

The linear unit BGS can be freely configured for higher quantities (length, motorisation, control, encoder, etc.).
