TOP INFRASTRUCTURE - MOVE IN AND GET GOING
Gotthard 3 offers both office and industrial space. All premises in the building are air-conditioned.
The premises of the property are spread over three or five floors. The building has two entrances: a service entrance on the north side and a covered commercial or supplier entrance on the east side.
The bright, spacious and fully equipped office and training rooms can be easily adapted to the respective needs by means of simple partition wall systems. We will be happy to support and advise you on room design and layout using the appropriate software. The IT and telephone connections converge centrally in the basement and can be easily patched according to the motto "plug and play". In other words, you define the connections and you're ready to go!
In addition, there are jointly usable rooms such as a conference room with beamer and retractable screen, two kitchens with lounge facilities, a fitness room and showers, as well as a roof terrace with a view of the local recreation area opposite.
The building is also fully equipped in the production area. The industrial halls in Gotthard 3 are characterised by the following features, among others:
